Terms & Conditions

1. Booking & Payment Terms

• All bookings are subject to written confirmation and availability.

• A minimum of 50% advance payment is required to initiate any booking.

• Full payment must be completed at least 7 days before travel.

• Rama Travel World reserves the right to cancel bookings without notice if payment terms are not followed.

2. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellation Charges:

• 30+ days before departure: 10%

• 15–30 days before departure: 25%

• 7–14 days before departure: 50%

• Less than 7 days: 100% (No refund)

No refunds for:

• No-show

• Unused services

• Last-minute cancellations

Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 15 working days, subject to vendor approval.

3. Service Modifications

We may modify itineraries, hotels, transport, or services due to:

• Natural disasters, strikes, political issues, pandemics (Force Majeure)

• Vendor or operational constraints

Such changes will be informed in advance and shall not qualify for refund or claims.

4. Travel Documentation

• Travelers must carry valid ID, passport, visa, etc.

• Rama Travel World is not responsible for visa rejection, delay, or denial of entry.

5. Liability Disclaimer

Rama Travel World acts as an intermediary between travelers and service providers.

We are not liable for:

• Delays, accidents, loss, theft, or third-party issues

• Medical emergencies or personal injuries

All disputes fall under Bhiwadi jurisdiction only.

6. Conduct & Compliance

• Travelers must follow local laws and hotel/tour guidelines.

• Misconduct or illegal activity may lead to service termination without refund.

• We may blacklist clients in cases of non-compliance.

7. Acceptance of Terms

By booking with us, the client acknowledges and accepts these Terms & Conditions.
